FOR THE STORY ON THIS HOUSE, go to Country Blue Back Story, but to make a longish story short, this house was an inheritance that came at the nick of time for a couple and their children. It "literally" saved their lives! Not to mention, that once they started the reno on the house, they found a few other things that were quite helpful! Aunt Mim didn't keep her money at the bank--oh no, she kept it at home. In a secret place that nobody else--until now--knew about!



This home has 4 levels with 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, including a master suite with an ensuite 4-piece bathroom and nursery. Laundry room is in the basement, and boasts a carport, garden spot and pool. Home is landscaped and furnished throughout with high-end furniture and fixtures.

First floor is an open floor plan of living, eating and kitchen areas.
2nd floor consists of a study/work area, the master suite with ensuite, nursery, and 3-piece guest bathroom.
3rd floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 3-piece bath, game area—and a hidden room found when renovating the old house!
Last but not least, the basementincludes the family room, bar and 3-piece bath for all your entertaining needs!
