Hello! This is my first upload for The Sims 3 and it is a house I built for my game in Appaloosa Plains. I used the Blackburn family house as an inspiration, and I made some changes on it, mainly the interior design.

It has 2 furnished bedrooms and a spare room you can use at will. It also has a bathroom.

We have a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV, and a kitchen with a small dining area.

It also features a piano (which is custom content) and a cat condominium.

In the backyard we have a small garden with some plants and a barbecue grill with a picnic table.

It is a simple house, for a small family who wants comfort.
