This is a small vacation home for the Three Lakes Destination - as I see it, but it fits nice in the regular neighborhood aswell. I playtested a copy and everything seems to be ok.
The first floor consists of an open plan kitchen/dining for 4/living room. The house has a master bedroom, a childs bedroom with a single bed and a guest bedroom (with a double bed), wich can be turned into an office/study. The sunnyroom is built with both solid walls and greenhouse walls and greenhouse roof aswell.

Outside, two parking lots are available if we count the driveway. There's an apple tree in the garden. The half tile flowers are accessible without any mods.
