Back info: The "Sausalito Side" area in my Sims neighbourhood is like a tribute to my fascination with LA and urban coastal CA and what I see on the thematic TV shows and blogs I follow.

CFE cheat is used on this lot!

This partially furnished home provides lofty main room with a fireplace, a dining room, spacious kitchen, media room, a small private backyard and 3 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. There are plenty of build in wardrobes and a small wic in the master bedroom. In addition there are two unfurnished rooms that can be turned respectively into a gym (next to garage) and study/recreation room, or, with a bit of reorganising, into a guest room (next to main hallway). The small 2x3 room next to the first floor bathroom (originally a laundry room) can be utilised into a craft/hobby room.
