I'm playing a copy of this lot with a family of 4 people and 2 pets for a while now and haven't got any issues. I'm constantly rearranging because I'm not used to spacious rooms. That's one of the reasons I uploaded it unfurnished with basically few maxis match CC. Hope it finds a place in your neighbourhoods
