Horace Wooford and new bride Hortensia bought a home business starter such as this one and began making money on the first day. This starter for under 20,000 simoleons includes a modern structure with built-in greenhouse, family bedroom and bath upstairs, kitchen and half bath downstairs, plus large sales floor and customer bathroom. Lots of natural light floods the sales floor allowing plants to flourish. Horace was thrilled to discover that he didn't even have to water or trim the shrubs if he set them for sale. He's thinking that he will open a garden business when he buys the dream house he has his eyes on just so he won't have to trim or water plants. He will never even open the business, but I digress. This modern starter can be just that, a modern starter, if so desired. Your Sims can sell their starting inventory and use the money for better furnishings and decor!

Glass roof consists of three new window meshes by me. All three windows have polygon count of 146. One is an inclined wall-height double wide window, and the other is a flat rootop window in two heights, one that matches the inclined windows exactly, and another that is slightly higher to fit game walls.

Horace and Hortensia worked their business up to rank 6, although he did have to join the military to get a regular paycheck. She achieved creativity of 7 and painted still lifes of the shrubs and trees and sold the paintings for an expensive price, added profit! They are still in the starter though, not enough for the dream house yet. All the best to your entrepreneurial Sims!

As an extra, I also included a community lot version of this lot that your Sims can purchase if they don't want a home business.
