Muskit Rim is a Spanish style mansion in the heart of Hill Country with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, formal living and dining, gourmet kitchen, and family room. Your Sims will have lots of outdoor living space with garden patio and pool. Just a couple of notes: Some flowering shrubs may not be gardenable by Sims. Also, some custom artwork by me shown in screenshots didn't show up in the cc list, so I'm not sure if it will be in the file. And finally, the beautiful bedspreads by Karen Lorraine shown in the screenshots also didn't show up in the cc list. I hope they are in the file, but if not, you can download here:
