Canyon View Modern with and without CC

This is sort of an experiment for me. Lots of people have written to say that their download folders are too full and that they prefer lots without cc. On the other hand, base gamers are bound to get tired of the same colors lot after lot. This house has 4 bedrooms, one downstairs and three upstairs along with three baths. You also have a pool and a view of the canyon if you place the lot at the edge of the canyon in Briney Fjord neighborhood template. Celia Rand, an aspiring scientist, bought a model like this because she was hoping to have a higher chance of being abducted by aliens if she lived on the edge of a canyon. I don't know the answer to this, but something tells me she will be disappointed.

The cc free house is priced at $125,170.
The decked out house is priced at $136,784 because of the expensive artwork.
