Unique Design II: Modern Minimi (10x10 lot!!)

Heyllo folks.



Modern Minimi is my first house(studio) on a 10x10, not my first attempt, though
It only fits one Sim, I wanted to make it fit two Sims, but than the kitchen and bathroom wouldn't fit in it anymore.
Anyway, the entry is on the lower level, there's also a pond w/ fountain, BBQ area and a outdoor fireplace, all on the lowere level. On the first(main) floor, there is a kitchen, desk w/ pc, dining and living area(great room), bed area, big bookcase and a bathroom.
Balcony isn't accessable I think, I haven't tested that yet, but I think it still looks nice.
I think all these feautures are pretty fair for a 10x10 lot

The house is fully furnished and decorated.
Built on a 10x10 lot and costs: §39.878 Furnished and §25.586 Unfurnished

Pretty expensive for a small house!
