Welcome to Vawyn House. This is a luxurious 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom house that also includes a Study and Music/Art room. This home is not for a starter sim, but is for a sim with a big budget and a big family to go with it.


This home has manicured gardens both front and back, generally lots of greenery and swag. It's modern and spacious.

It is recommended that you have all expansion packs and stuff packs listed as no one pack uses only a single item.

The following store items/MTS items are also recommended but not included. While they are not required, the house will not look the same without them:
