It seems impractical to me to totally nix winter altogether if it doesn't snow in your region where you'd like to play. Say for instance you are playing your game in a region where it never snows, it gets cold there in the winter just doesn't snow. Or if you play a game in a region where it seldom snows. This modification would make sense if you want to decrease the chance of, or completely get rid of snow altogether. Note this mod is global for all neighborhoods, as of yet I know no way to make it neighborhood specific. Also note, that sims can still create snow using the weather machine aspiration reward.



It does conflict with other snow and weather hacks such as no rain, no weather, more snow, more rain, e.c.t. because it overwrites the same function (BCON - Tuning - Weather, and BCON - Tuning - Weather - Winter - Snow). On the less snow mod, I've decreased them all quite a bit and changed the 100% chance to 25%.
