It also has a lot of luxury items like a sauna (if you download), hottub, pond, pool, bar, playground for the kids and so on.

I have tested this estate for a hole sim summer and harvesting is easy with the tractor. Making the really good quality wine needs more work though. I had 3 sims tending to the farm and all it's stations. They needed a Butler to clean the house.
The house has a registry from the bakery set in the basement with the bakery and canning station, but selling anything from there is hard work. One of my sims ended up always having to keep calling and inviting people over and you still couldn't be sure they bought anything. This estate has the celebrity fence and door, so you can lock your visitors in if you like. Another option is the booth from the Al Fresco street market. I have placed it on the lot, but you probably need to sell on another lot. These are just ideas from me for you to try if you like.
It looks like Carl is the Guru of all things harvestable: http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/s...ne-upgrades.php
Be Aware: I used a mod from douglasveiga uploaded the day after the mill set was out. I had to replace the Cucumber for that mod. You shouldn't need the mod, but you have to install and then plant the Cucumber yourself. If you still have the mod, you shouldn't need to do anything. Losts of plants will need to be replanted after summer. You can find them using the cheat "buydebug on", replace "on" with "off" when you're finished. You will find a new subcategory among your buy items, the questionmark. The cheat console appears when you press ctrl+shift+C on your keyboard.

DOWNLOADS:
Files:
S3P: This is the launcher file, Download this if you don't know what a package file is. If you like to find out how you don't need to have items sticking to your game forever, and don't mind converting files go here: http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php...p:TS3_CC_Basics
Package: This is for those of you with a mods folder. Download the things you like to have and fix the rest yourself. Palettes used on Colorlovers. It all starts with the colors from Ayyuff's bricks in my base pattern. All the palettes has the tag 040714 here: http://www.colourlovers.com/palette...ch?query=040714
CC you need to download
This is regardless of what file you choose!
Sailfindragon: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=484483
Pattern used on the pool area and outside, it's only in package files.
CC used in this creation
If you download the package file you can choose what sets to install for the house. Links in the CC list following the launcher Sims3Pack list at the bottom.
Ayyuff: Main brick pattern.
ShinoKCR: Milano Livingroom for the sofa's.
Pilar: Mediterranean sets for tables, beds, chairs, bookcases etc.
Mutske: Alda set for main windows all over. Fana Column.
Angela: Angel curtains.
Cyclonesue: Small walls used to replace regular walls.
BuffSumm: Linea Natura Dining Arch.
B5 Studios: Rugs.
Ung999: White Paradise for a plant and a bench.
Expansions needed:
Not having these may cause issues from not being able to install, to a ruined game. Probably depending on what I've used it for.
University: Plants and furniture.
Island Paradise: Pattern in the bathrooms and furniture.
Seasons: Part of my testing, and furniture.
Into the Future: Glass ceiling.
Supernatural: Wicker furniture.
Late Night: Professional Bar and so on.
World Adventures: Nectar making and plants, and furniture.
Store sets
If you don't download these the game will just replace the items with something silly. The highly recommended sets are things it can be a hassle to replace. The manor set iron fences and gates is recommended because of the added decoration bonus, and the work needed to replace the main fence used all over the house.
Highly Recommended:
Brunch at the Old Mill: http://store.thesims3.com/setsProdu...§ion=UpSell
Canning used in the basement. Mill wheel used as deco, it's not fishable. Tea set used outside the bakery in the basement. Other items from the set used: I have NOT used 3 minor deco, either of the staircases, or the chimney, or the arch. I did use the fireplace and ceiling lamp all over the house, the ivy, fences, cart etc used as well.
Now and Then Century Manor: http://store.thesims3.com/setsProdu...§ion=UpSell
Chandelier with chain, and fences with gates used from the main set.
Grandpa's Grove: http://store.thesims3.com/setsProdu...§ion=UpSell
Only the Tractor with tracks used.
Extras
Al Fresco Streetmarket: http://store.thesims3.com/setsProdu...§ion=UpSell
Bougainvillea and Ivy used, and the Humble Harvest Stand.
Bohemian Garden: http://store.thesims3.com/setsProdu...§ion=UpSell
I may have used the lantern, but it should be easy to replace. Bohemian Fruit And Nuts premium plants used on the farm.
Deliciously Indulgent Bakery: http://store.thesims3.com/setsProdu...§ion=UpSell
Baker's station used in the basement, along with the register and store items from the bazaar set. None of the items from the main set has been used.

For a detailed look at individual files, see the Information tab. |
Install Instructions
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
