This is my medium density apartment building with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, good for households up to 6 sims. It has community pool & hot tub & gym and BBQ, tons of parking spots and lots of public space.







I wanted to upload this lot because it's the first residential building I finished for my custom world (you can see it's in very early stage in the background). The world will be out in the next month or so.
