Hi! This is my first upload to MTS, I hope you'll enjoy it : )

A small shopping center I made some time ago for my custom neighbourhood. Besides normal shops and bathrooms, it contains also an empty space which can be used however you want (e.g., if you have OFB). I also included some utility rooms, mainly for decorative purposes but they can also be used for various things.

1st floor:
