I've been thinking about this lot lately and how I liked it when I built it in the past. I decided to improve it a bit now that I know the game engine better and have learned more building tricks. I managed to redo the entire club, bowling alleys and change a few details. Originally, the lot was okay in my opinion, apart from the club, which had too many random objects without any thoughts before. Now I like it much more than the original.

Lot description:

"You can find a plenty of fun in here! There is exclusive restaurant where you can play cards. There is a club with a bar, lots of good food and music! You can go bowling here too! There are also two shops, one with electronics and one with fashion. Also there is this little, abandoned, suspicious flat."

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftible Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
