And another one for tonight. This is my very first community lot and it's been made to go with my "Tiny Terrace" Collection, though it doesn't have to. There is absolutely no cc with this download. Everything is Maxis made and recolored. The lot is Maxis too. It's been tested and also checked with clean installer. No hacks! Though it is of fairly simple design I think I'm most happy with this upload so I really hope everyone likes it. If you do please take a moment to hit the "thanks" button.

I'll give a little walk through just in case not everything can be clearly made out in the pictures I've provided.


Top left is an arcade and public restroom.
Top right is a very small but cute restraunt.
Bottom left is a grocery.
And bottom right is a clothing store with fitting room area.

I hope you all enjoy this download. All I ask is that it doesn't get uploaded to any sites and that no one claims it as their own work. Use it in your game however you wish. Thanks everyone and have a good night.
