Hudson Retreat is a three bedroom, four bathroom suburban property perfect for your middle-class Sims. Priced at $105,921, the house boasts a garage-cum-utility room, informal and formal dining areas as well as spacious bedrooms. Should your family require more bedrooms, then either the garage or the den can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom without compromising the aestetic of the house. The house is CC free.

Let me know if you have any issues. This is my first Sims 3 build in a very long time and the first I've uploaded! It was originally based on the house - as shown above- - however I strayed slightly from the design in places, as you can see in the final outcome. Constructive criticism/tips welcomed and appreciated.
