  • The white boxes you can see in build mode are simply hidden lights - don't delete unless you're willing for a darker house. They're invisible in Live Mode.
  • I used cheats in order to build the garage (next to the foundation): ConstrainFloorElevation false. Should be fine if you don't edit the garage.
  • Property is fully furnished.
  • 25x30 lot (will have to place a suitable lot size in world editor. Velocity's mod, linked at bottom, will be needed to get exact size - though if not can just use 35 x 25 longways and make some slight changes. PM me if unsure)
