Description:
Requested in this thread: Two-story house with 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms, suitable for a small family, furnished. Some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
2 x single bedroom (1 furnished)
3 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (3x), bathtub/shower (2x), fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a fireplace, stove, easel, pool, outdoor grill, and a garage + driveway. (Both of these will lack the usual drive-away animations since they're off the default location -- the car will just teleport to the street)


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
