Description:

1 x kitchen/dining
1 x livingroom
Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, tub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf (expensive). This house also has a TV; there's enough room to add a carport.
Expandability: Easy - a bedroom or two can be added to the side of the kitchen.
Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
