[No CC] Cozy City Cube - 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms

A small, contemporary house, fit for a family of three. Fancy, but not overly so. The bath-less bathroom could easily be replaces with spiraling stairs to give access to the rooftop.
Playtested and checked for the Super Duper Hug bug. Shrunk with the Lot Adjuster, flat edges. Has fire and burglar alarms (the latter hidden behind a bookcase). Made with all EPs and SPs, contains no cc.
