A tight but navigatable fit for a well-off family of four. It has a lot of clashing colors (my favorite) and plants (double favorite).

The flowerbeds on the greenhouse level are waterable; it is technically possible to replace them with gardening soil - however, during testing, it acted a bit wonky: the vegetables could be planted, watered, and harvested, but the models for the plants for some reason floated one level above the soil. I decided to replace them for that reason, but if one wishes for their sims to use the greenhouse for farming, it *is* possible.

It's fully furnished and decorated. It has a burglar alarm, a fire alarm, and a phone on the first three levels, as well as lighting fixtures in every room. There are two tiny bedrooms for children, and a small one for a couple; skilling objects include bookcases, a computer, a chessboard, a telescope, a tv and stereo, and a piano.

There was no cc used, but it was built with all EPs and SPs.

The lot has been playtested for several in-game days with a family of four sims. It's free of the Super Duper Hug bug. I used Mootilda's Lot Adjuster to shrink it.
