a bit bigger and sparser than my usual starters (turns out you can buy less stuff if you spend more on architecture, WHO KNEW), but legacy-ready with 4 bedrooms big enough for a double bed and 1 big enough for 2 singles. can realistically sleep the max number of sims without any modifications, and 3 bathrooms prevent toilet-related knife fights. the house is super close to the street, but the backyard is easily big enough for gardenstuff.

comes with all the necessities, plus a bookshelf, which is the height of luxury.

since the attic camera is nonsense, it's obviously best if you play with walls down. or you can just raze the attic and play with 3 bedrooms. i'm not the boss of you.
