did i just build a house on a lot that was not the smallest lot possible?! i think i did.

getcha ranch-style family-friendly starter with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and room for pretty much whatever you want. furnished for two, but has the potential to comfortably sleep the max number of sims with no effort at all. you could easily turn 2 bathrooms into 3, there's still room left on the lot to expand if you need more space, and obviously vertical is always an option.

pretty sparsely furnished/landscaped to make up for the more expensive lot, but it still has everything you need plus a TV and a bookshelf.
