another big-but-sparse starter! this one can sleep 6-7 pretty easily, though only two bedrooms are big enough for a double. plenty of space in the back for a garden/barbecue/mosh pit. comes with a bookcase you can show off to all your friends.
as always, the second story is best played with walls down, because attics are evil and hateful.
