Familyhouse in Italian style with 3 bedrooms and open dining/kitchen downstairs. Two bathrooms.



I had some feedback my trainstation house was expensive. This house may not be that expensive, but it's a smaller house.

The house has been tested by Inoko Yama, she's available as a download Origin ID: Volvenom.



My previous tests with the same character showed front porch was a good place to sit down and chat with people, so I continued that on this house.
It has a good size main room with a bathroom behind the kitchen.



On the upper floor I have 2 bedrooms for kids or something, and a master bedroom ensuite.

You can put a table and some chairs in the garden if you like.
