This is a big luxurious farm with bakery, canning, nectar, tractor, glassblowing, mill and 5 ensuite bedrooms, included nursery and master, lots of extra space for whatever you like. You just download the things you like doing from the store and clean up the silly things it's replaced with. Again living in this house you never need to go outside except when your Sim threatens to go mad for being home all the time. My projects tend to go so big these days, I need to start downsizing.

It also has a lot of luxury items like a sauna (if you download), hottub, pond, pool, bar, playground for the kids and so on.

I have tested this estate for a hole sim summer and harvesting is easy with the tractor. Making the really good quality wine needs more work though. I had 3 sims tending to the farm and all it's stations. They needed a Butler to clean the house.

The house has a registry from the bakery set in the basement with the bakery and canning station, but selling anything from there is hard work. One of my sims ended up always having to keep calling and inviting people over and you still couldn't be sure they bought anything. This estate has the celebrity fence and door, so you can lock your visitors in if you like. Another option is the booth from the Al Fresco street market. I have placed it on the lot, but you probably need to sell on another lot. These are just ideas from me for you to try if you like.

It looks like Carl is the Guru of all things harvestable: http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/s...ne-upgrades.php

Be Aware: I used a mod from douglasveiga uploaded the day after the mill set was out. I had to replace the Cucumber for that mod. You shouldn't need the mod, but you have to install and then plant the Cucumber yourself. If you still have the mod, you shouldn't need to do anything. Losts of plants will need to be replanted after summer. You can find them using the cheat "buydebug on", replace "on" with "off" when you're finished. You will find a new subcategory among your buy items, the questionmark. The cheat console appears when you press ctrl+shift+C on your keyboard.

Into the Future: Glass ceiling.

Store sets

If you don't download these the game will just replace the items with something silly. The highly recommended sets are things it can be a hassle to replace. The manor set iron fences and gates is recommended because of the added decoration bonus, and the work needed to replace the main fence used all over the house.

Highly Recommended:

Brunch at the Old Mill: http://store.thesims3.com/setsProdu...&section=UpSell
Canning used in the basement. Mill wheel used as deco, it's not fishable. Tea set used outside the bakery in the basement. Other items from the set used: I have NOT used 3 minor deco, either of the staircases, or the chimney, or the arch. I did use the fireplace and ceiling lamp all over the house, the ivy, fences, cart etc used as well.
