This build has 3 Bedrooms 1 and 1/2 baths. A full bath on the 2nd floor and powder room on the 1st floor. The first floor is open concept with the exception of the cubby for a washer and dryer and the powder room and the stairs which are hidden and wrapped around the powder room. I built with base game only, no custom content and tried to keep the price of the home mid range It is on a 15X20 lot to keep the cost lower. The cost with the 15X20 lot is $51,630 without it is $50,130. Enjoy.
