Do you think minimalisme is cold? I think I've managed to make this into a cozy and clean place at the same time. It's a big modern basegame Mansion with 3 bd and 4 ba on a slope. It has a nice pool, big garage, walk-in and an African vibe for the decoration.



The mediaroom has a desk for computer games and a TV.



It has bar, gym and pool in addition to walk-in-closet, dressingroom and an unfurnished basement. The basement has a room with windows to the pool. I have used the glass buildingstones in that window as well, you may choose to ditch those if you like to see what's going on in the pool.



This house has been made on a sloped 50x50 lot in my world Castle Island V2, make sure you download the right version. If you don't mind some adaptation the house can fit anywhere as long as the basement and pool has 1 regular wall below ground on a slope. It's made for a lot with spectacular view. If you download my world, remember it's not built on and not populated.
