This house was built exactly 100 years ago but still nothing is known about its first inhabitants. In the documentation found in the city hall it was mentioned that the family which lived in this house was forced to leave the town and after they'd moved out, the house fell into ruin. Fortunately, a generous stranger from far away came and renovated the house but to the surprise of the city's inhabitants and the authorities, the mysterious stranger left the town and abandoned the house. Who's going to be brave enough to live in this house full of mysteries?









This house is perfect for a family with children. There is one double bed in the bedroom and one crib in the nursery. Two beds are found in the kids room and one bed in guests room. There are also additional rooms like the laundry, the office, the workshop and guests room. There is plenty of room for everyone in the family. A big, beautiful garden is perfect for sims who love spending their free time outdoors. Green thumbs will be in heaven because they have a lot of plants and orchard trees to take care of.

Building tips:
This house was built using various cheats and tricks and because of that there are some restrictions. Comply with those in order not to spoil anything.

The inner walls in the basement can be added/deleted as usual but don't touch the foundations or the walls where the windows were placed. You may replace the windows but make sure these are small ones placed up on the wall. In some places it's impossible to hang paintings. Use moveobjects on.

In the attic you are advised not to delete the sloped ceiling tiles. You can remove the sloped walls but think twice before you do this because adding them later on is impossible without the cheats and rebuilding the whole attic. You may replace the small windows which are placed down on the wall but make sure the new ones fit the height of the wall.
