Small Scandinavian house

Hi!
It's my first ever upload to The Sims 3 and the most beautiful house I've ever built
This house will be perfect for a young couple with one child
It was supposed to be a starter house but it turned out impossible to build very cheap and stylish house So the house costs approximately 50.000 simoleons.


This house has got a living room with office area, a kitchen, one bathroom and bedroom. Upstairs there is a toddler room, but you can rebuild it as another bedroom or anything you like. Everything is furnished in light colours and scandinavian style







It contains many CC, but I'm sure it's worth downloading
