This is a beach community lot made to fit in my Sim City neighborhood (shown in picture below). It consists of three piers extending over the shoreline. The two outer open piers have small booths that sell specifically themed food (they are the American, Oriental, Tropical, and Mountain themed booth like restaurants), along with a Ferris wheel, a photo booth, a break dancer mat and the statue like guy who stands on a box and asks for tips. The middle pier is devoted to the main restaurant on the first floor and a bar on the second floor.There is also a covered rollerblade rink and a clothing store on the first floor too. If your sims don't feel comfortable in the chaos of public areas , they have the option of escaping down under the middle pier and starting a bonfire directly on the shoreline, far away from other sims.
