184 Burkley Ave. is a decent-sized, trendy and unfurnished two-story family home on a 20x30 residential lot. **House is currently not working for me and I'm working on fixing it. Let me know if it is working or not for you! Sorry about this! Update: The problem may be that you need a mailbox on the lot. If it's not working for you, try that!**

It is the second lot on Burkley Ave., the first being 182 Burkley Ave. which is a very similar but more compact, 1 bed. 2 bath single-story home.

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom gray-brick family home features dark hardwood floors throughout with contrasting light blue walls, as well as luxurious marble tile in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The home has a more open-concept floor plan with open doorways on the first floor, creating a much more spacious feel for your Sims. Two full bathrooms are located on the second floor; one is attached to the master bedroom for privacy, and the other is located in the hallway giving access to the two smaller bedrooms. This would be a wonderful Sim family home. The price of this lot is only §27,245. There is plenty of room for your own creativity and personalizing. You can definitely make this house work for you and make it your own.
