No (nare, Navi) means to float in Latin. This house doesn't have that much support at the front, but the real feature with this house is the way I built the tropical garden. It can be accessed from outside and my testing sim Una found her way to the pool. She likes the good life, so the juice bar on the roof terrace was a treat.
FLOORPLAN
2 floor: roof terrace above the backside of the house with bbq and a bar. 1 floor: or the main floor has an open plan livingroom with diningtable, and the ITF big wall holographic TV system. It also has a lovely terrace around half the house with several water features at the back. The front has a unfurnished small room with big windows and place to sit in good weater to keep an eye on your nabours. Ground floor/Basement can be hard to see what is what. It has the pool with tropical garden ... kind of, only accessible from outside, inside is the TV room with fireplace and the main bathroom. The garage is in what is more obviously the foundation. Lower basement: has 2 kids bedrooms, the aquarium and the master suite with dressingroom, readingnook, and bathroom. If you like to have a better view to the aquarium you can put a wall by the staircase instead and have one big kids room, with aquarium in it.
The master suite bedroom with the wall scene of a vulcano. It wakes up during the night and become quite spooky.
On the main level I have lifted parts of the ceiling, the game then glitches itself to a lovely lilac color. There is no light there.
Above is the livingroom or TV room behind the pool and tropical garden. If you bulldoze the wall with windows you will most likely have the outside coming in. I cannot guarantee you it will be possible to reach the pool from that side if you do.
The music hasn't been approved by Youtube yet, I hope it's ok.
The house is rather complicated with the basement where Una could walk into from the ground level via the tropical garden staircase. I have been building in TS4 from time to time and just had this need for a challenge. If you like things to be 100% realistic the access to the pool in the first basement might bug you, or perhaps you just find it amusing?
I have used cfe on the house, or constrainfloorelevation if you like. Painting the ceiling is NOT recommended.
Recommended Custom Content
The house itself has been made with ITF expansion windows, the CC is just for decoration and styling. I do though suggest you pay attention to the endtable used in the aquarium/pool as it's CC and replacing it might be hard. It's by DOT in the links list below.
Walk-in-Dresser by DOT. I have used walk-in-pole-dresser mesh and walk-in sliding door mesh. The square safe has been used in the aquarium, it's in the endtable category and will probably be replaced with an endtable if you don't download. Don't expect to be able to fix the style of it, unless you're experienced with fogemitters.

The lot has been tested by Una Froscati as usual, she was a bit unhappy when she didn't have a stove to cook on, but I fixed it for her. She now also has firealarms, as the fireplace in the bedroom burned more than just wood at some time during testing She now seems to adore her new house, too bad she has to move soon
Lot Size: 30x20 Lot Price (furnished): 155k Lot Price (unfurnished): 108k

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
