This is a modern 3 floor white minimal with 3 bedrooms, pool, top floor open plan dining/kitchen/livingroom. 2 car parks and bicycles. It's a house of colors. I'm using white again to calm it all down, but then it goes in bright blue and green.



The top floor below would be the main attraction in this house. It has a splended view, with a juice bar, diningtable, kitchen and a group of 2 sofa's and chairs. It also has a big balcony with more seating.
The middle floor has a stereo and football game, two kids bedrooms and a bathroom.



There is room on the ground floor outside for a BBQ and with table and chairs, picture below. Parking for bicycles and 2 cars. Pool with deckchairs in the backyard



Notes:
1. As said with the other houses in this "batch". I made the original with all package files, if you download that version you have to reset the counters and the kitchen if they glitch. Kitchen counters can't be package files, but i tested the house and took picture in the S3P file I made later.
2. Uploaded new S3P file aug 21, because of a buggy Ebony thing. The file is smaller so should be working fine.
