I like the less is more approach and this house on only 5 mb on a 64x64 lot sounds like just perfect. Again like my other latest projects it contains all your life in one big house.
Another thing I like is to come up with something new from time to time. I discovered a tiny 1 click high frieze with colored invisible lights would be read by the game in some limited color options. Here I'm using that to give the ceiling something that doesn't need to be painted, meaning no bugs to worry about.
The colors for this house is in blues, like concrete gray from blue, teal, lavender, and so on. It gives it a neutral harmonious look in my opinion.
FLOORPLAN:
Ground floor: 2 car garage, kitchen/Dining table/Livingroom, guest bath, gallery w/big size TV, 2 kids rooms and 1 bathroom, 1 pool room. The kids can use the gallery as playroom.
The garden contains: BBQ, 5 holes golfcourse, pond, tables, big pool, diveboard, fountains. A kids corner contains a sandbox and swing.
1 floor: gym, gamesroom with TV, library, pool room.
3 floor: some unused rooms.
4 floor: master suite with dressingroom, master bath and bedroom.
Lots of balconies on many floors.
CC KIND OF NEEDED. Good luck on finding similar chairs
This video is a bit wonkey, it's full of disruption in the video from Fraps and I've tried to fix it in Premiere Pro with warp stabilizer, but it works just like in Youtube, only I can adjust a bit. Is this better or worse than just having a video with lots of sharp hacks or what you call it?
The house has a fence at the front, it's meant for you to drag it around the house if you like. Model in some pictures is Una, she's a character I'm working on, but it may take some time to finish She's NOT included.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
