Villa de Luz

This Spanish or Mediterranean style mansion, found by Sjader, my realtor, has now become the home of test Sim, Luz Villarosa, who, because she has a Spanish name, wanted a house to match. Her name means "light" so her wish list included floor to ceiling windows, white brick, and pale color pallette decor. She considers herself very classy because her interests include the environment and culture, therefore, the Persian carpets were a must (so sorry for all the cc). The mansion is quite large with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and the master ensuite is conveniently located on the first floor. Most importantly, Luz required a kidney shaped pool with foliage and lots of outdoor living space. Sjader found the perfect house for Luz and for her own Sims, of course, and hopefully for yours too.
