Laguna Cliffs

With special thanks to Sjader for the idea and photos, I present Laguna Cliffs, a rustic Spanish style mansion overlooking the Pacific (if you place it by the ocean, but it is not a beach lot). The lot was flat, but to achieve a cliff effect, the garage and entry are raised high from the street in order for the actual house to be built below it. The house has 3 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, unfurnished rec room, formal living, family room, kitchen with breakfast bar, and formal dining. Large pool, patios and balcony provide outdoor living space. The front entry is on the second floor along with the formal living, master bedroom, and guest room. The main living space is on the ground floor with lots of windows decorated by the beautiful puddle curtains mentioned in the custom content list. If your Sims are like Sjader's, in search of that utlimate house, perhaps this is it!
