TS4 to TS3 - Sandtrap Flat - Basegame Starter, no CC

Sims 4 has a lot of beautiful houses on Oasis Springs, and then I decided to build the "Sandtrap Flat" starter in Sims 3, using only basegame items.




The original lot in Sims 4 was built in a 30x20 lot, with a large empty space backyards. But in Sims 3 I've built it in a 20x20 lot to get a cheaper lot, and expanded the house in one tile backward, to get a roof just like the original.



Inside the house (with help of our wonderful CASt ) I've tried to keep it just like the original one, but I've replaced the island counters and the stools by a table for two sims (again, to make a cheaper house), and added some deco items with the simoleons left :D

Built with patch 1.57. No EP/SP and no CC included.

Recomended mod: Remove Deco mod by velocitygrass, used to remove the stencils in the counters. If you don't have this mod installed on your game, the stencils will get shown back if you CASt these items.

This lot is sim-tested and checked with Custard.
