I've built this house inspired on the "Imperfect Life" Challenge, which one demands a house costing up to 50.000 simoleons. Well, I know I've exceeded this value, but I thought that wasn't a bad idea to upload it, made few changes and here it is



This house contain 3 bedrooms; two of them are perfect for children or teens, and a master bedroom with a en suite bathroom. There's also a main bathroom, a dining room for 4 sims, a medium-sized kitchen, a small study room with a cheap computer, and a living room.

The yard has a tiny space for gardening, where I've placed few plants to start (since I like to develop the gardening skill with my sims), a barbeque and a small table for 4 sims.

Recomended: Remove Deco mod by velocitygrass, used to remove the stencils in the bathroom counters, the end tables and the wardrobe in the master bedroom. If you don't have this mod on your game, the stencils will get shown back if you CASt these items.

About EPs and SPs content used:
Only deco itens from Supernatural and Master Suite Stuff were used in this house.
