10 Pine Basin Drive, Evergreen Range

After downloading panmines' intriguing and irresistible terrain, The Evergreen Range, a while ago, I finally started developing it. I pondered whether to make it a Swiss Chalet style, or rustic cabins, or what, and decided at last to make it a modern, upscale mountain retreat. It could be a vacation hood if desired.

10 Pine Basin Drive is the first house. It's quite large with 3 bedrooms, including the master ensuite on the second floor, and a convenient guest bedroom and bath on the first floor. My test sim, Cody Woods, is using this bedroom now because he doesn't enjoy climbing stairs. Of course, neither he, nor any other sim, has ever lived in the uploaded file.

The look of the house is based on a comparison challenge at SimFansUK, although it's not near exact, so special thanks to Lady Angel.

The lot for this house isn't completely flat, but I did place it successfully in other hoods without tearing anything. I'm really looking forward to building in this amazing hood! Hope you will develop your Evergreen Range along with me!
