This would be a good place to raise a family. It's not too big, but nice and comfortable. You have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, formal living and dining, family room, kitchen and nook, fireplace, and attached garage (not real now, but could be with the right expansion pack). Since it's supposedly near Phoenix, the yard is gravel, but of course, you could put the house anywhere and put in grass!
