Kennedy Cox has finally found someone to love in Evergreen Range! http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=525753 He dared to welcome Marsha Verdant to the neighborhood and her popularity aspiration made her be nice to him. They even had one lightning bolt. They are engaged to be married and have planned the wedding at the Mountain Ridge Inn (soon to be uploaded after I see how their wedding goes off.) Of course, Kennedy wears those dumb shorts with shoes and socks and that plaid shirt. So I built the Evergreen Valley Store so he could buy some new duds before the honeymoon.(He wore his blue gym suit to go shopping and he has grown a beard because Marsha is attracted to facial hair.) (Marsha, pictured at the juice bar, is wearing casual Early Summer Sun by Cleos). The store turned out to be a rockin' place with its 50's tunes. Screenshots show all the items available at the store.

Since it was built in Evergreen Range, the lot is not flat. I did place it successfully in several neighborhoods that have slope downward lots as show in screenshots.

If you need some new clothes for Kennedy or Goopy (he's even worse than Kennedy in my opinion) maybe they will find just the thing and have some fun doing it at the Evergreen Valley Store.
