Here is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home for your modern neighborhood. Test Sim, Andrew Voya, gave it the name of Minimalist Cubism in order to justify its boxy appearance. The house is simply decorated in neutral stucco and paneling with lots of windows for natural light. A big outdoor patio and pool would be a good place for parties, but so far, Andrew, who wants to fall in love, has only met two possible ladies, both of whom are in love with other Sims.
