Glass doors open onto the back deck overlooking the pool, an ideal space for barbecues, chess, or just sitting and watching the colorful splashes of the tropical sunset. The wildly flowering shrubs and trees in the garden will not need trimming by Sims so they can enjoy a completely carefree vacation. The base game garage is for looks only although it is accessible from the back yard and would make a nice home gym or play room. What are you waiting for? Travel to the tropics!

Just as a final note, the lot is flat and can be placed everywhere. I built the house on a 1/2 wall foundation and lowered the garage to be under the house.
