The new relationship gain flavor doubles relationship gain from chatting

This increases the social gain from chatting on the computer. This changes it from 0.2 social per minute to 2 social per minute. Meaning that instead of gaining 6 social in 30 minutes, you instead get 60 social.

Made with version 1.6.69
