This cape cod style home has two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and lots of style. Includes formal dining room, fireplace and three small decks! Now on the market for barely over $170,000! Mostly base game items, although some curtains from Ambitions and Generations were needed to complete the living room. No other expansion used, and NO CC.

Please note that this house is in fact different than the other 4362 house I uploaded here. This one has a slightly larger floor plan and looks more like the real-life house than my previous one. This is not an edit of the previous house, either. This new house was built from the ground up, on a smaller lot than before and has different furniture.
