This four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home has three fireplaces, large kitchen, detached garage and an outdoor sitting area. Based off Bree Van de Kamp's house (4354 Wisteria Lane) from Desperate Housewives (2004-2012). Now on the market for less than $230,000! A cabinet from Ambitions was used and one end table from Supernatural is in the living room. Four trees from Late Night are in the front yard but aren't necessary to download the house.

Features

Four bedrooms
Two Full Bathrooms (one en-suite)
One Half-Bath
Living Room
Den
Large Kitchen
Separate Dining Room
Three Fireplaces
Outdoor Seating Space
Detached Garage

Please note that I decided not to include Bree's test kitchen that was built in her garage in season five. It makes sense for the show, but it's completely unnecessary for Sims.
