This is a re-make of this lot for TS3 ‒ it’s not quite identical due to technical differences between TS3 and 4, and I also modified the floor plan on the ground floor somewhat, but it’s pretty close.





The house is fully furnished except for the basement which is empty; it will fit on a 15×20 lot like the original.

Installation: Unzip and put the package in /Mods. See here for how to package lots (this works the same way for sims). To uninstall, delete the package ‒ if you “delete” a lot from the Library, it is only being hidden and will remain hidden if you decide to re-download. See also this post (same thread):
