This two-bedroom, one-bath home is perfect for a newlywed couple starting out or a retired couple looking to downsize. Furnished for four Sims plus infant, everything's upgraded, and the lot uses Base Game items only. I wanted a home that was basic and affordable, yet was more than just a bed and a kitchen and a bathroom and this has been play-tested and works great for a starter!
